Community Outreach Coordinator

Job description

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including partnerships, programs, events, and communications to strengthen our community reach, engage key stakeholders, and drive participation in our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead outreach and engagement strategies to grow Parenthood Global’s community presence.
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, community leaders, and parent networks.
  • Support the planning and execution of parent-focused events, programs, and campaigns.
  • Represent Parenthood Global at community events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with communication strategies.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve community engagement and program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or partnership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a natural relationship builder.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple initiatives.
