The Parent-Inclusive Workplaces Summit 2025, successfully held on 14th November 2025, marked a defining milestone in Sri Lanka’s journey toward building inclusive, equitable, and family-friendly workplaces. Recognizing Excellence: Parent-Inclusive Workplace Awards 2025

A key feature of the summit was the presentation of the Parent-Inclusive Workplace Awards 2025, recognizing organizations that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to supporting working parents.

Award recipients were selected following a rigorous, data-driven, and scientific evaluation process, based on a comprehensive organizational survey, supporting evidence, and initiative impact analysis for the period 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025.
